1. Coiling and Spooling
Depending on rope size and application, we offer hand-coiled packing, machine coiling, plastic spools, wooden reels, and large steel drums. Smaller PP or PE ropes typically use coil-packing. And large-diameter mooring ropes use heavy-duty reels for easier handling.
2. Wrapping and Protection
All ropes are wrapped using UV-resistant shrink film or woven PP bags to prevent dust, sunlight, and moisture from affecting the fiber structure. For export customers, we add an extra protective layer to comply with marine-grade packing standards.
3. Labeling and Identification
Each coil or spool receives a customized label showing rope type, structure, diameter, length, color, breaking load, and production batch number. This ensures full traceability and simplifies inventory management for distributors and end users.
4. Palletizing and Container Loading
To guarantee safe shipping, coils and reels are stacked on fumigation-free pallets and secured with strapping belts. Our loading team optimizes container space to maximize efficiency while preventing deformation during transit.
